Refunds and Returns Policy

OVERVIEW

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There will not be partial refunds.

REFUNDS

What’s your return is received and inspected we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your return item (s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved then your refund will be processed critically and automatically. The refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet first check your bank account again. then contact your credit card company it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by e-mail or customer service.

To return your product(s) you should mail the product to PO Box 82093 Atlanta GA 30349.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your items(s) if it is applicable to that item (please reference the return/refund/exchange policy per item).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product too reach may vary.
You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance we do not guarantee that we will receive your return item (s)

Books/Literature- for books/literature exchange only no refund. Proof of reason for exchange may be required on a case-by-case basis. Buyer/purchaser is responsible for the cost of shipping the book/literature back for exchange but not for the reshipping of replacement book/literature. BULK order return policy will be made available upon order.
Apparel- for apparel full refund of the cost of item(s) not the shipping cost. Buyer/purchaser will receive a return postage paid for returns within the 50 United States of America and Puerto Rico. BULK order return policy will be made available upon order.

Greeting Cards- for e-cards no refunds or exchanges. Delivery of the e-card purchased not transmitted for delivery due to technical issues will be honored. Paper cards exchange only no refunds. Proof of reason for exchange may be required on a case-by-case basis. Buyer/purchaser is responsible for the cost of shipping the paper card (s) back for exchange but not for the reshipping of replacement paper card (s).
